So far so good...

Thurs. 27 Jul - 2 Supersets of: 15w crunches, 10/10 oblique crunches, 10 reverse crunches, and 24 pushups

Fri. 28 Jul - Wushu class for 2 hours

Fri. 28 Jul - 2 Supersets of: 15w crunches, 15/15 oblique crunches, 15 reverse crunches, and 25 pushups

Sat. 29 Jul - 2 Supersets of: 15w crunches, 15/15 oblique crunches, 15 reverse crunches, and 26 pushups

Well I'm happy to say I'm still sticking with it...the exercises as well as writing them down.

Let's see...

Tues. 25 Jul - 2 Supersets of: 20 crunches, 10/10 oblique crunches, 10 reverse crunches, and 22 pushups

Wed. 26 Jul - Kickboxing class for 45 min.

Wed. 26 Jul - 2 Supersets of: 15w crunches, 10/10 oblique crunches, 10 reverse crunches, and 23 pushups

Not a terribly exciting life I lead...but that's okay.

I've tried things like this before, but I've always let them die...oh well, I guess I'll never learn.  Though since I've been checking out Bullshido everyday for a while now, I may have a shot at keeping this at least semi-regularly.  Currently I'm just going to post about my workouts, trying to keep myself motivated and consistant...not sure how well it'll go, but oh well.

Fri. 21 Jul - Kickboxing class for 45 min.

Mon. 24 Jul - Wushu class for 2 hours.

Mon. 24 Jul - 2 Supersets of: 20 crunches, 10/10 oblique crunches, 10 reverse crunches, and 20 pushups

For the next few months I hope to have Kickboxing every Wed. and Wushu every Mon. and Fri. with the supersets everyday with steady increase in difficulty.  Perhaps I'll start running again...but I'm going to wait until the weather improves before I give it a shot.
